Finally, after months of no sightings, I once again have a photo in Flickr's Explore pages. It's not even on of my best (or my favorites) but oh well - beggars can't be choosers.
Anyway, as of this morning, it's at #72 (out of 500) for August 21, 2005 (the day it was uploaded). We'll see if it stays, or if this is just a weird bump in interestingness.

How exactly does a photo end up on the Ecplore page? Is it just based on their interestingness?
It's just the top 500 interesting photos for any particular day. Interestingness is calculated using number of comments, favorites, views, etc. Too many groups lowers your interestingness, too.
I read about it but never really knew what it was or how you got one on the page.

I can't find it!! I looked for it. I found explore and I just get random pics. Is there a specific place to look for a list??
