I took a survey at selectsmart.com that measures one's political standings against the presidential candidates, then shows you how they all rate against your theoretically ideal candidate. And the results are in. The percentage listed is basically how close each candidate agrees with you.

Yes, Alan Keyes for President!

Elections are not like wagering a bet on a horse you think will win.

When we cast our vote for president, we are supposed to be voting for the person we would most want in that office.

In order to do that, we have a responsibility to find out who most closely aligns with our views. If we only pay attention to the media and their misrepresentations and screening, then we will be casting an uninformed vote.
